Flexium & QuantumZ showcase the latest innovations in high-frequency and high-speed transmission technologies in EuMW 2025

Taiwan-based optoelectronics and RF innovation company QuantumZ showcased the latest UWB & Digital Key solutions, High-Speed Wireless Modules, mmWave Radars, Beamforming Systems, and Advanced RF Components & Antennas at European Microwave Week 2025 (EuMW 2025).

Exhibition Highlights:

  • UWB & Digital Key Solutions: Third-generation automotive digital key integrating BLE, UWB, and NFC technologies for precise, secure, and intuitive vehicle access with ±20 cm accuracy.
  • High-Speed Transmission Module: 60 GHz wireless module supporting up to 6.25 Gbps data rate, featuring flexible LCP structure and ultra-low power consumption, ideal for next-gen displays and wireless storage systems.
  • mmWave Radar & Sensing: Full radar portfolio including 24 GHz, 60 GHz, and 77 GHz modules for blind spot detection, gesture recognition, and 4D imaging radar applications.
  • Beamforming & Front-End Modules: 28 GHz and W-band multi-angle phased array modules with low sidelobe levels for 5G, satellite, and backhaul systems.
  • RF Components & Antennas: Wide-band filters and flexible antenna designs demonstrating QuantumZ’s capability in compact high-frequency system integration.

A key highlight is the recently published technical article in Microwave Journal titled 「LCP-Based 24 GHz Bandpass Filter with Wide Rejection Band up to 110 GHz, which details a 24 GHz band-pass filter on an LCP substrate with about 4 GHz pass-band and an ultra-wide stop-band extending to 110 GHz—underscoring QuantumZ’s leading edge in high-frequency filter design and packaging. This achievement reinforces the competitiveness of the RF components & antennas showcased at this event.

The QuantumZ R&D team noted that many of the technologies on display have been recognized in international journals and conference proceedings. The company will continue to collaborate globally to accelerate the adoption of high-speed communication and sensing technologies.
